We are entering the third year of our lawsuit against Vizio. -There is still a lot of work that needs to be done to ensure that all recipients -of GPL'd software maintain rights as third-party beneficiaries, -but after a recent argument in the case, -but we are still moving in the right direction. We've seen a growing -understanding from "everyday consumers" that a software Right to Repair is -essential to repair their phones and other internet connected devices. Our -projects like OpenWrt and coreboot are integral in giving people the -freedom to choose what software runs (and can be repaired) on their own -devices. (And speaking of our projects, there's a highlight of what some of -projects did this year below!)
