LCA2022 Setup

Update dates and descriptions for LCA2022.
Remove old miniconf proposal types.
Add local timezone to speaker profile.

Tickets for LCA2021

Disable lots of inventory that does not exist for a virtual conf.
Add Swag Badge category and product.
Adjust attendee profile to hide irrelevant questions.

Use a selectbox for of_legal_age

To me, this registeres to a user as a required field better than a
radio-button.

As well, we now signal it as "required = True"
